Requesting A Private Event
On request, for group bookings we can arrange to host a private dinner / bbq event for up to 25 people maximum. Conditions apply (see below)
In consideration of the privacy and comfort of other paying guests that may be staying in our suites unfortunately we do not provide a party hosting service
Booking And Cancellation Consitions
The following licensing conditions and restrictions apply;
1. Only available for all suites group bookings.
2. Maximum 25 people hosted (including guests).
3. 10pm event time restriction (or otherwise mutually agreed between both parties)
4. Pool access is closed after 8pm.
5. Subject to receipt of requested event details and quotation acceptance 7 days before check in.
6. A 50% credit card deposit is held on account at the time of booking in lieu of final payment with 20% fee for cancellations up to 48 hrs before the event.
7. Event fee is to be charged by credit card in full 48 hrs before the event. No refund for cancellation or no show after this payment.
Other Information
Please note a quotation will be provided once we have received details including number of event attendees, dinner menu, drinks package (alcoholic and non alcoholic) and other services.
