Cancellation Policy

All bookings made on line require a deposit of 10% of the booking fee at the time of booking. Except in the case of a group booking (three (3) or more rooms), in the event of a cancellation more than 7 days prior to commencement day of the booking period your deposit will be refunded in full less banking commission fees. If cancellation is 7 days or less from the commencement day of the booking period your deposit will be forfeited. If a new booking date is mutually agreed with you and the company's management, this penalty may be cancelled at the sole discretion of the company's management. 

A no-show cancellation fee of the full amount will be charged to the credit card provided. A no-show is when you do not check-in on the day of your booking reservation and have not notified management.
