The Residence was build with luxurious  intention and curated elegance in mind. Opening in mid 2025 we are developing a reputation for high quality services and luxurious facilities receiving many wonderful reviews from our local and international visitors. And we aim to keep improving!

Six all en-suite bedrooms with elegant features and fittings and luxurious amenities including robes, slippers, towelling and toiletries. Each suite also features a smart TV with DSTV, a workspace, hi-speed Starlink WiFi reliability and mini fridge with refreshments .

Our acclaimed 5 star rated continental and full English breakfast breakfast is loved by guests and included in your reservation.

The Residence has a number of spacious public areas for calm relaxation and privacy including a large open lounge and a large pool deck. There is also a fully equipped 10-seat Boardroom if you need to entertain clients and colleagues for private and discreet business meetings.

Located in Gaborone's Block 8 along Airport Road, the Residence is located a short drive from Sir Seretse Khama International Airport and Airport Junction shopping mall. Gaborone CBD is a 10 minute drive away.
